What time should I arrive?
Arrive early — this is a sold-out show

Late arrival policy:
🚫 Entry closes at 9:00 AM — no late entry

Do I need a ticket?

• Spectators: FREE 
• Show Vehicles: Ticket required 

Have your digital or printed ticket ready for scanning at entry.
→ No tickets will be sold at the event

Spectator Parking
→ Follow yellow-marked areas on the event map
🚫 Do NOT park in hotel lots (you will be towed)

Truck & Trailer Parking
→ Available in the gravel lot east of the park

Arrive together to park together
→ No saving spots

Early exits may be restricted for safety
→ Plan to stay until at least 3:00 PM

You will receive at entry:

• Event decal 
• Mini deck 

→ Have your ticket ready

Can I bring a canopy?
Yes — but:

• Must be weighted or staked 
• Unsecured canopies will be taken down

Can I bring chairs & coolers?
Yes — highly recommended

Alcohol: Not allowed (City of Mesa regulations)
Dogs: Service animals only
Scooters/Bikes: Allowed — ride respectfully

Restrooms:

• Southwest corner (near food court) ADA Avail.
• Northeast corner (near truck clubs) 

Main Event Booth:

• West wall 
• White 20x20 tent 

• No loud music (event DJ provided) 
• Do not touch or lean on vehicles without permission 
• Supervise children at all times 
• No smoking or vaping near vehicles 
• Ask before photographing interiors/engine bays 
• Do not open hoods or trunks if closed 
• Keep your area clean
